Capitol Cafe opens at 1005 Congress
Former Chair Huberty conceptualized the Capitol Café as a place for Texas legislators, policy advocates and press corps members to gather. He and his daughter, Brianna , worked together to launch the shop just in time for the 88th Texas Legislative Session. “The Capitol Café team is eager to welcome visitors.
